Family Preservation Support Worker (x2)

There are two job openings available for this position.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Family Preservation, the Family Support Worker will provide practical assistance and support to First Nations families seeking assistance from CYFN. This support will include providing information about community services and making referrals. The Family Support Worker will liaise with Yukon First Nation governments and Yukon Family and Children’s Services staff to ensure that First Nation families receive the services they need for a healthy, functioning family.

Screening Criteria: High school education or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary training and/or equivalency obtained through course work and/or work experience.

Salary: Level 7: $58,439.22 – $73,048.35
Category: Regular, Full-time permanent
