DRAFT Agenda- Our Families Our Ways Conference

CYFN’s Health & Social Development department is focused on issues pertaining to First Nations physical and mental health. It acts as an advocate regionally and nationally, and, where appropriate, advises and assists Yukon First Nations governments to develop, implement and evaluate health and social programs in their communities. It also identifies needs and alternatives to service delivery in conjunction with the First Nations Health and Social Development Commission, the Grand Chief, and the Leadership Board.

CYFN’s Health & Social Development department became the administrator of Jordan’s Principle in the Yukon in 2018.
